Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Dlong SCRM, a customer messaging management software service.
1. Service scope
Dlong SCRM provides customer messaging management functionality. Availability and supported third-party platform integrations may vary based on account authorization, platform approval, applicable policies, and technical availability.
2. Authorized use only
Users may connect only business accounts, conversations, and data they are authorized to manage. Users must comply with applicable laws and the terms, messaging rules, permissions, limits, and developer policies of each connected platform.
3. Prohibited use
The service must not be used to bypass platform controls, gain unauthorized access, impersonate others, send prohibited spam, conduct unlawful surveillance, distribute malicious content, or use platform data for purposes prohibited by the applicable platform.
4. Third-party platforms
Third-party functionality depends on the relevant platform's approvals, authorization, availability, policies, technical limits, and API changes. Dlong SCRM is not responsible for a third-party platform suspending or changing its services.
5. Third-party approval limitations
References to planned third-party API integrations describe intended functionality. They do not mean that the integration has been approved, endorsed, certified, or made generally available by the third-party platform.
6. Customer and message data
Users are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful and platform-compliant basis to process the customer information they manage through Dlong SCRM. Use of data is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Security
Users must protect their credentials and notify us if they believe their authorized deployment or credentials have been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or connected accounts.
8. Availability and warranties
The service may be changed, suspended, interrupted, or unavailable due to maintenance, technical conditions, security requirements, or third-party platform changes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the project and its integrations evolve. Continued use after an update may be subject to the revised Terms.
