Data Deletion

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Dlong SCRM provides a process for requesting deletion of applicable service data.

How to request deletion

1.Email developer@dlongscrm.cc with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2.Identify the relevant business account or conversation using a non-secret identifier. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API secrets, or verification codes.
3.We may ask for reasonable verification to confirm that the requester is authorized to request deletion of the relevant data.
4.Once verified, applicable data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, security requirements, dispute preservation, and platform rules.

What deletion may cover

Depending on the request and deployment, deletion may cover stored conversation records, message content, workflow state, account-specific configuration, and related operational metadata that is no longer required.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect security, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or document a completed deletion request. Retained information will remain purpose-limited.

Disconnecting an integration

Where supported, an authorized business account may also revoke platform authorization. Revocation stops future authorized API access but may not by itself delete information already stored in the Dlong SCRM deployment; a deletion request can be submitted separately.
