Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dlong SCRM, a customer messaging software service, handles information when the service or website is used.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Dlong SCRM website and to customer-support data processed through an authorized Dlong SCRM deployment. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own privacy policies and developer terms.
2. Information we may process
- Business account information: account identifiers, display information, authorization status, and integration configuration.
- Conversation information: conversation identifiers, message content, timestamps, message direction, delivery or retry status, and workflow state.
- Operational information: application events, security events, error information, and limited technical metadata needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Contact information: information voluntarily sent to developer@dlongscrm.cc.
3. How information is used
- Provide authorized customer messaging and conversation management.
- Apply business-configured support workflow steps.
- Enable human support handoff.
- Maintain service security, reliability, auditability, retry handling, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to privacy, security, developer, and integration inquiries.
4. Legal and authorization basis
Platform data is processed only where the relevant business account is authorized to use the service and has completed the platform's supported authorization process. Data subjects may also have rights under applicable privacy law depending on their location.
5. Sale, advertising profiling, and unrelated use
Dlong SCRM does not sell customer message content. Message data is not intended to be used for unrelated advertising profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial enrichment.
6. Service providers
Infrastructure providers may process limited data on our behalf where required to host, secure, or deliver the service. The public website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Where cloud service features are enabled, Cloudflare infrastructure may also be used for application hosting or storage. Providers are used only for service delivery and security purposes.
7. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to deployment settings, contractual obligations, platform requirements, security needs, and applicable law. Environment-specific data is managed according to its applicable purpose and retention requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service stage, including encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls, secret-handling practices, authenticated administrative interfaces, rate limiting, and operational logging. No security measure can guarantee absolute security. See our Security page.
9. Data deletion and rights requests
Requests to access, correct, or delete applicable data can be submitted to developer@dlongscrm.cc. We may request enough information to verify the request and identify the relevant account or conversation. See Data Deletion.
10. Website tracking
This website does not intentionally deploy advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers. Basic hosting and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, platform integrations, or legal requirements evolve. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.
